Payment transactions

All payment transactions are handled by a third party payment gateway Credit Call, whose secure transaction processing environment exceeds industry standards such as PCI DSS. We do not process any credit cards details on our own website and any cardholder data is secured by using a combination of symmetric and asymmetric cryptographic algorithms.

Room Deposits/Cancellation Policy

A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required to confirm your reservation. Payment must be made via a secure payment link or by bank transfer. For security reasons, we no longer charge credit or debit cards directly.

We will contact you 30 days before arrival to request payment of the remaining 50%, using the same payment methods. For bookings made 30 days or less before arrival, full payment is required upon confirmation.

For cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival, a non-refundable fee of €1,000 per room or loft will be retained. For cancellations made between 60 and 31 days before arrival, the 50% deposit will be retained and is non-refundable. For cancellations made 30 days or less before arrival, 100% of the total booking amount will be retained and is non-refundable.

Table Booking/Cancellation Policy

Please note that the time you have booked is when we need you to be sat at the table, if you would like drinks beforehand please arrive 30 minutes prior. If you are running late please contact us and let us know to avoid cancellation of your booking. If you need to cancel we would like 72 hours notice by calling +334.79.08.01.47
