There’s nothing quite like working at Portetta. Situated in a prime position at the foot of the slopes of Courchevel Moriond (1650), you couldn’t pick a better place to work during ski season.

The restaurant is a unique offering in Courchevel Moriond. Cucina Angelina serves Italian influenced mountain food – the best Italian kitchen specialties with a nod to the local Savoyard cuisine. Plenty of locally sourced produce and a terrific range of meats and cuts that will be grilled on an open range within the restaurant.
The restaurant builds on the relaxed, casual style within the hotel Portetta – Our outdoor ski in ski out terrace bar Fire & Ice is right at the bottom of the main piste, here we have a wood fired pizza oven and range of ice shots, a popular and busy venue throughout the day.
We’re looking for passionate, experienced people who care about the guests they serve are prepared to work hard in return for an opportunity to work within the stunning Courchevel region. French language skills and the right to work in France is essential.

Following on from a successful season many of our team will get the opportunity to join the group in one of our award-winning Hotels in the UK if they wish to. This season could be the kick start to a fantastic career. Within our group you can Surf the Summer in Cornwall and Ski the winter in Courchevel all whilst developing a great career.

French language skills are not essential for the kitchen but can be beneficial, the right to work in France is essential.
