About the roles
We are looking for passionate, experienced, and hardworking individuals to join our Portetta team. Candidates must have a high level of spoken French and English, be determined in their approach, and committed to delivering excellent service.
Applicants must be able to travel and start work in late November or early December, and be available for the entire winter season (approximately until the end of April).
Angela Hartnett has brought her culinary flair to Courchevel with Cucina Angelina, our restaurant within the hotel, serving Italian-influenced mountain cuisine. The menu showcases the finest Italian specialities, complemented by local Savoyard flavours and classic French dishes. Wherever possible, ingredients are locally sourced, with a highlight being our exceptional selection of meats, grilled to perfection over an open flame in the restaurant.
We also have our popular outdoor terrace bar and restaurant, Fire & Ice. Located at the foot of the main piste, it features a wood-fired oven and serves a tempting selection of drinks, snacks, and delicious pizzas throughout the day, carrying the atmosphere through into après-ski.

What you need to know...
You will need to provide us with either a European Passport or right to work documentation for France. You will need to be prepared to prove this or obtain the right independently, as we are unable to support visa applicants at the time.
