We are looking for passionate, experienced, and hardworking individuals to join our Portetta team. Candidates must have a high level of spoken French and English, be determined in their approach, and committed to delivering excellent service.

Applicants must be able to travel and start work in late November or early December, and be available for the entire winter season (approximately until mid-April).

Our 38 bedrooms and 6 lofts are designed with warm, timber-clad interiors, blending Alpine charm with comfort. Each offers views of either the Courchevel Valley or the piste, and is furnished with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and all the essentials for unwinding after a day on the slopes.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Cleaning and preparing guest rooms to the highest standard, including changing bed linen, dusting, hoovering, and replenishing guest supplies.

• Providing a friendly, professional, and efficient service, ensuring all tasks are completed promptly and to an exceptional standard.

• Working collaboratively with the housekeeping team, supporting colleagues as needed.

• Cleaning the hotel’s public areas.

• Maintaining a keen eye for detail, promptly reporting any maintenance issues to the management team.

You will need to provide us with either a European Passport or right to work documentation for France. You will need to be prepared to prove this or obtain the right independently, as we are unable to support visa applicants at the time.
