Payment Transactions

All payment transactions are handled by a third party payment gateway Credit Call, whose secure transaction processing environment exceeds industry standards such as PCI DSS. We do not process any credit cards details on our own website and any cardholder data is secured by using a combination of symmetric and asymmetric cryptographic algorithms.

Room Deposits/Cancellation Policy

If you are booking more than 30 days in advance a 50% deposit will be taken from the credit/debit card details that you supply when you secure your booking. The remaining 50% deposit will be taken 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you are booking less than 30 days prior to your arrival date then the full payment will be taken from the credit/debit card details that you supply when you secure your booking.

Should you need to cancel, an amount of €200 will be kept in any event but we advise that you contact us at least 60 days prior to the date of arrival to avoid the full charge of your accommodation.

Table Booking/Cancellation Policy

Please note that the time you have booked is when we need you to be sat at the table, if you would like drinks beforehand please arrive 30 minutes prior. If you are running late please contact us and let us know to avoid cancellation of your booking. If you need to cancel we would like 72 hours notice by calling +334.79.08.01.47 

Privacy Policy

Portetta does not capture and store any personal information about individuals who access this web site except where you voluntarily choose to give us your personal details via e-mail, or by using an electronic form, or enquiring about any of our services.

Personal data supplied for enquiry purposes will be used exclusively for providing you with the information requested, and will not be passed on to any outside organisation and/or individuals without your express consent.

Personal data provided via e-mail or electronic forms in connection with the provision of Council services is subject to a specific confidentiality policy under the Data Protection Act 1998. This policy applies to all personal data supplied, whether verbally, in writing or electronically
